Representing premiere piano brands comes with a responsibility to provide a premiere level of service. And we take that responsibility seriously. Rather than give you sweeping generalities about our service, here is an example: we take every step to make sure your piano performs perfectly, but on the off chance your piano gets a sticky key, we don't make you wait 2 weeks for a service appointment, we come out that night to fix it! That's the kind of service we would want, so we would give you nothing less.
