For over 16 years, Paul has been helping customers succeed in becoming lifelong piano players. He has toured factories overseas and in the U.S., including those of Yamaha, Steinway, Mason & Hamlin, and Baldwin. He has gained a broad knowledge of the piano industry, which he uses to select the very best pianos to offer our customers. Paul is an active member of the Piano Technician's Guild and the Music Teacher's National Association.
Terrilyn hails from a family of educators in Saratoga Springs. Her father is a retired school Principal and her mother has been a private piano instructor for many years. Terrilyn holds a Bachelor's in Music and a Masters in Education from Sage College and continues to study with top piano pedagogists. Equally adept in teaching children or adults, Terrilyn focuses on developing a strong foundation of music theory and technique in order to foster lifelong musicianship, while keeping students inspired with personalized music selections.
Jonathan has been a professional piano technician since 1995 and he services the pianos of many prominent area venues, including Proctor's Theater, The EMPAC center at RPI, Capital Repertory Theater, the City of Albany office of Special Events, and many others. He Apprenticed for three years under Master Rebuilder, Rand Reeves, and he attended Yamaha's Little Red Schoolhouse technical training program. Jonathan attended Berklee College of Music.
Steve is a graduate of the American School of Piano Tuning and is an associate member of the Piano technician's Guild. Steve started tuning professionally at the age of 20. He specializes in tuning by ear, piano repair, and minor reconditioning of acoustic pianos. In addition, he is the only piano technician in the Albany area that still repairs Wurlitzer and Rhodes electric pianos. Steve plays many instruments, including all keyboard instruments, guitar, bass, and drums.
